Key Responsibilities
- Lead and co-lead engaging workshops, training sessions, and group discussions for diverse audiences.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and psychologically safe learning environment for all participants.
- Manage group dynamics effectively, encouraging participation and addressing challenging behaviors constructively.
- Adapt facilitation techniques and content delivery to suit the needs and learning styles of participants.
- Ensure all sessions adhere to pre-defined objectives and curriculum guidelines.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to participants to enhance their learning experience.
- Collaborate with program coordinators and content developers to refine session plans and materials.
- Assist with setup and breakdown of workshop venues and materials as needed, ensuring a smooth operational flow.
- Collect feedback from participants to contribute to program evaluation and continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, session completion, and any relevant participant data.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in facilitating workshops, training sessions, or group discussions.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills in both German and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse groups.
- Ability to manage diverse group dynamics and foster inclusive participation.
