Job Description

Career.zycto is seeking enthusiastic and dynamic Casual Facilitators to join our growing network in Mitte, Hagen. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about guiding discussions, fostering collaboration, and creating impactful learning environments on a flexible, as-needed basis. As a Casual Facilitator, you will be instrumental in delivering our diverse range of workshops, training sessions, and community events across various sectors. Your primary role will be to empower participants, drawing out their insights, encouraging active engagement, and ensuring a productive and inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels heard and valued. You will work with a variety of participant groups, ranging from corporate professionals seeking skill enhancement and team building to community members engaged in local development initiatives and personal growth workshops. Each session presents a unique opportunity to connect with individuals and contribute directly to their personal and professional journeys.

We are looking for someone who can effortlessly adapt their facilitation style to different topics and audiences, from small group, intimate discussions to larger interactive sessions requiring robust group management skills. This role requires a keen ability to manage group dynamics with finesse, stimulate thoughtful dialogue, guide participants toward achieving defined learning outcomes, and skillfully navigate challenging moments with empathy and professionalism. You will not be expected to be a subject matter expert in every domain; rather, we seek a master of process, capable of creating the optimal conditions for participants to learn effectively from each other, from the material presented, and from your expert guidance. Strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to continuous personal and professional improvement are essential. This casual position offers unparalleled flexibility, allowing you to integrate meaningful and rewarding work into your existing schedule while contributing significantly to the vibrant growth of individuals and organizations within the Hagen region and beyond. If you thrive in dynamic, interactive settings, possess a natural talent for inspiring others, and are eager to make a tangible difference through engaging educational experiences, we strongly encourage you to apply. This is more than just a job; it’s an opportunity to shape minds and build stronger communities.
