Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine checks of the facility and report any maintenance needs or potential hazards.
  • Assist with minor repairs and general upkeep, including basic plumbing, carpentry, and electrical tasks under supervision.
  • Ensure cleanliness and tidiness across all communal areas, offices, and welfare facilities.
  • Support the coordination of external contractors for specialised maintenance work.
  • Manage and organise facility supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Help set up and dismantle equipment for meetings, events, or office reconfigurations.
  • Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and facility-related incidents.
