Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine general maintenance tasks, including minor repairs to plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections of premises to identify and report necessary repairs or maintenance.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of work areas, common spaces, and storage rooms.
- Help with grounds maintenance, including light landscaping duties and waste management.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot basic issues.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Support the facilities team in larger projects and renovations as needed.
- Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment, reporting needs for replenishment.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.
