Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of designated areas, both interior and exterior, to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, damage, or other hazards.
- Monitor surveillance equipment, access control systems, and alarms, promptly responding to any suspicious activities or emergencies.
- Enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance by all personnel and visitors.
- Control access to the facility, verifying credentials, logging visitors, and issuing passes as required.
- Respond to alarms, disturbances, and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action, including contacting emergency services when necessary.
- Prepare accurate and detailed incident reports, daily activity logs, and other documentation.
- Provide assistance and direction to employees and visitors, ensuring a welcoming yet secure environment.
- Identify and report safety hazards, maintenance issues, and security breaches.
- Conduct searches as per company policy and legal guidelines, where applicable.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
