Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting repairs.
- Conduct daily inspections of the facility to identify and address any maintenance or cleanliness issues promptly.
- Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all common areas, offices, restrooms, and exterior grounds.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of equipment and furniture for meetings, events, or general reconfigurations.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling programs in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and maintenance materials, reporting needs for replenishment.
- Operate and maintain various cleaning equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Respond to and resolve immediate facility requests or emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with external contractors or specialists for major repairs or installations when necessary.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in facility maintenance, janitorial services, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs.
