Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance needs promptly.
- Conduct minor repairs on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems (e.g., changing bulbs, fixing leaks, unclogging drains) as required.
- Execute general upkeep tasks, including painting, carpentry, and basic grounds maintenance to ensure aesthetic appeal and functionality.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of all interior and exterior areas, including offices, restrooms, common spaces, and walkways.
- Assist with the setup and dismantling of equipment or furniture for internal events, meetings, and office rearrangements.
- Monitor and report any major issues requiring external professional assistance to the facility manager or relevant department.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling programs effectively, adhering to environmental guidelines and company policies.
- Respond efficiently to urgent maintenance requests and emergencies, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to perform basic electrical and plumbing repairs and maintenance.
