Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine inspections of the facility to identify and address maintenance needs proactively.
  • Conduct minor electrical repairs, including changing light bulbs, fixing outlets, and troubleshooting basic wiring issues.
  • Execute basic plumbing tasks such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and repairing fixtures.
  • Undertake carpentry work, including minor repairs to furniture, doors, windows, and fixtures.
  • Perform painting touch-ups and general wall maintenance to preserve the aesthetic appeal of the premises.
  • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of communal areas, equipment rooms, and utility spaces.
