Key Responsibilities
- Operate basic machinery and equipment on the assembly line as instructed by supervisors.
- Assist in the loading, unloading, and movement of raw materials and finished products.
- Perform repetitive tasks such as sorting, packaging, labeling, and boxing products with precision.
- Conduct visual inspections of products for quality control and report any defects or inconsistencies promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift, adhering to all sanitation standards.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety guidelines, hygiene standards, and food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMP).
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure daily production targets are met efficiently.
- Assist with equipment setup, minor adjustments, and changeovers as needed.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all tasks to ensure consistency and quality.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality issues promptly to a supervisor.
Required Skills
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

- Excellent manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination for repetitive tasks.

Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or general production environment (even if not an assembly line).
