Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled operators and technicians with various production tasks on the factory floor.
- Perform material handling, including loading and unloading raw materials, components, and finished products.
- Operate basic machinery and equipment under supervision, following established safety guidelines and operational procedures.
- Conduct initial quality checks on products at different stages of production, identifying and reporting any defects or inconsistencies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by performing regular housekeeping duties, including sweeping, tidying, and waste disposal.
- Package and prepare finished goods for dispatch, ensuring accuracy, proper labeling, and adherence to packing standards.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and strict health and safety regulations meticulously to ensure a secure workplace.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets and deadlines.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or production issues promptly to the appropriate supervisor or manager.
- Participate actively in training and development programs to enhance personal skills, knowledge, and understanding of manufacturing processes.
