Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming factory floors and production areas.
- Sanitize and disinfect various surfaces, including machinery exteriors, workstations, and common areas.
- Empty and clean waste bins, and ensure proper waste segregation and disposal according to company and environmental guidelines.
- Clean and maintain restrooms, changing rooms, and staff break areas to a high standard of hygiene.
- Restock cleaning supplies and maintain an organized and tidy cleaning storage area.
- Report any maintenance needs, damaged equipment, or safety hazards immediately to supervision.
- Operate basic cleaning equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., floor buffers, pressure washers, if applicable).
