Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and other communal areas.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners, ensuring proper waste disposal.
- Sanitize workstations, machinery surfaces, and high-touch areas regularly.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report needs to management to ensure continuous operations.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies while performing duties, particularly in a factory setting.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, scrubbers, and pressure washers safely and effectively.
- Report any observed maintenance issues, safety hazards, or equipment malfunctions promptly.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the supervisor to ensure the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the factory premises.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in industrial or factory cleaning.
- Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform demanding tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
