Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the loading and unloading of raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials.
- Operate basic machinery and equipment under supervision, following all safety guidelines.
- Perform general assembly, packing, and quality control checks on the production line.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality issues to supervisors immediately.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily production targets.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required to support factory operations.
