Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating and tracking inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery and receipt.
  • Accurately maintain inventory records through diligent data entry and regular physical counts.
  • Prepare and process essential shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOLs) and packing lists.
  • Safely operate various warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and, if certified, forklifts (training may be provided).
  • Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of necessary materials and components to production lines.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with internal teams (production, sales) and external vendors.
  • Actively participate in scheduled inventory audits and assist in resolving any discrepancies identified.
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols, quality standards, and operational policies.
  • Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse and storage environment.

Required Skills

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Strong organizational abilities and effective time management skills.
  • Basic proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative team spirit.
  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
  • A proactive problem-solving aptitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to thrive and maintain composure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience (even part-time or internship) in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting.
  • Current forklift certification, or a strong willingness to obtain it through company-provided training.
  • Familiarity with basic inventory management systems (IMS).
  • An Associate's Degree or technical certification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated understanding of safety regulations and best practices in a factory environment.
