Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating and tracking inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery and receipt.
- Accurately maintain inventory records through diligent data entry and regular physical counts.
- Prepare and process essential shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOLs) and packing lists.
- Safely operate various warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and, if certified, forklifts (training may be provided).
- Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of necessary materials and components to production lines.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with internal teams (production, sales) and external vendors.
- Actively participate in scheduled inventory audits and assist in resolving any discrepancies identified.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols, quality standards, and operational policies.
- Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse and storage environment.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong organizational abilities and effective time management skills.
- Basic proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative team spirit.
