Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery according to standard operating procedures.
- Perform routine quality checks on products to ensure they meet specified standards.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor machine performance, identify minor faults, and report significant issues to supervisors.
- Conduct basic preventative maintenance and cleaning of machinery.
- Load raw materials into machines and remove finished products.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow.
- Document production data and complete daily production reports as required.
