Key Responsibilities
- Inspect finished products for quality and defects before packaging.
- Operate packaging machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Accurately count, weigh, and label products according to specifications.
- Assemble and prepare packaging materials such as boxes, crates, and pallets.
- Load and unload items onto production lines and into finished packages.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering strictly to hygiene and safety standards.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, product discrepancies, or safety concerns promptly.
- Assist with inventory management and material handling as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with production team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
