Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pack finished products into designated containers, boxes, or pallets according to specific guidelines and quality standards.
- Inspect products for defects, damages, or discrepancies before packaging, reporting any issues to the supervisor.
- Label packages correctly with product information, batch numbers, and shipping details.
- Operate basic packing machinery and equipment safely and efficiently, following all operational procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety protocols and health regulations.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including counting and tracking packaged goods.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Prepare products for shipment, including palletizing and wrapping, ensuring secure and stable loads.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to quality control and hygiene.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs regularly, and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
- Basic numeracy skills for counting and inventory checks.
