Key Responsibilities
- Assist machine operators with setup, operation, and troubleshooting of production machinery.
- Perform quality checks on products at various stages of production, ensuring adherence to specifications.
- Monitor production lines for any abnormalities and report issues to supervisors promptly.
- Transport raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods within the factory floor using appropriate equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts if certified).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols.
- Prepare products for packaging and shipment, including labeling and basic assembly.
- Document production data, including quantities produced, waste, and downtime.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and resolve operational challenges.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety regulations and procedures, promoting a safe working culture.
- Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives as required.
