Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production line machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Assemble product components accurately and efficiently, following detailed instructions, blueprints, or production specifications.
- Perform routine and in-process quality checks on products at various stages of production to ensure strict adherence to company standards.
- Identify and promptly report any production issues, equipment malfunctions, or quality discrepancies to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, strictly adhering to all health and safety regulations and protocols.
- Package finished products, prepare them for shipment, and assist with inventory management and material handling as required.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets and schedules.
