Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily factory operations, ensuring production targets for quality and output are met or exceeded.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor a team of production operators, fostering a high-performance and safety-conscious culture.
  • Implement and enforce strict quality control measures, conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure product specifications are consistently achieved.
  • Monitor production schedules, manage workflow, and coordinate resources to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
  • Identify and troubleshoot production issues, implementing corrective actions swiftly to prevent recurrence.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives, utilizing lean manufacturing principles and problem-solving techniques.
  • Maintain accurate production records, including output, quality metrics, and shift reports.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations within the factory.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and supply chain, to ensure smooth operational flow.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Proven track record of managing production teams and achieving operational targets.
  • Strong understanding of quality control principles and processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office Suite).

Preferred Qualifications
