Key Responsibilities

  • Assist production line operators with various tasks, ensuring continuous workflow.
  • Perform general clean-up and organization of workstations and production areas.
  • Safely load, unload, and transport materials and finished products using appropriate equipment.
  • Monitor equipment and report any malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing required PPE.
  • Inspect products for basic quality control, identifying and reporting defects.
  • Support inventory management by assisting with material counting and stock rotation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Follow production schedules and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

Required Skills

  • Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
  • Basic understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing setting (or willingness to learn).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
