Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
- Perform quality control checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Package and label products accurately and efficiently for distribution.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area and equipment.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials, requiring physical stamina and lifting.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality issues to supervisors promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth production flow and meet targets.
Required Skills
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills for reading labels and recording data.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of health and safety.
Preferred Qualifications
