Job Description

As a Factory Worker, you will be part of a collaborative team responsible for various stages of our production line, from processing to final packaging. Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Perform various tasks on the production line, including mixing ingredients, filling, sealing, and labeling products.
- Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet specified standards and report any discrepancies.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies, particularly in a food-grade environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of raw materials and finished products.
- Package finished products accurately and efficiently for storage and distribution.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets.
- Participate in equipment cleaning and sanitation procedures as required.
- Identify and report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions promptly.
