Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive fan engagement strategies across social media platforms, forums, and live events.
- Monitor and respond to fan inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive relationships.
- Create compelling, shareable content (text, image, video) tailored for different fan segments and engagement channels.
- Coordinate and support virtual and in-person fan events, activations, and meet-and-greets to enhance community interaction.
- Analyze engagement data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content creation, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and integrated campaigns.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in fan engagement and community management to drive innovation.
- Identify and nurture influential fans and community leaders to empower advocacy and organic growth.
- Manage and schedule content calendars for various engagement initiatives, ensuring timely and relevant communication.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (2+ years) in social media management, community building, or fan engagement roles.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to craft engaging and brand-appropriate messages.
- Deep understanding of various digital platforms (e.g., Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, Discord) and their unique engagement dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights from engagement metrics.
