Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting various crops as directed by the Farm Manager.
- Perform general farm maintenance, including weeding, pruning, and irrigation tasks.
- Operate and maintain basic farm machinery and equipment (e.g., tractors, tillers) safely and efficiently.
- Monitor crop health, identify pests and diseases, and report findings to the Farm Manager.
- Prepare produce for market, ensuring quality standards and proper packaging.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organised farm environment, including storage areas and greenhouses.
- Participate in soil preparation and fertilization activities.
- Adhere strictly to all farm safety regulations and procedures.

- Physical stamina and ability to perform demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of agricultural practices and crop cycles.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
