Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently and carefully harvest a variety of crops (e.g., vegetables, fruits, grains) according to established quality standards.
- Follow supervisors' instructions regarding picking techniques, sorting, and packaging.
- Inspect produce for quality, removing damaged or unsuitable items during harvesting.
- Assist with other general farm duties as required, including planting, weeding, watering, and field preparation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in the fields and packing sheds.
- Operate basic farm tools and equipment safely and responsibly.
- Adhere strictly to all farm safety protocols and hygiene standards.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
