Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting various crops.
- Perform general farm duties, including weeding, irrigating, and field preparation.
- Care for farm animals (if applicable), including feeding, watering, and monitoring their health.
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment under supervision.
- Clean and maintain farm buildings, equipment, and work areas.
- Load and unload agricultural products and supplies.
- Assist with fencing, repairs, and other infrastructure maintenance.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Report any issues or concerns to farm management promptly.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve daily tasks and farm goals.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
