Career.zycto is seeking a dedicated and physically fit Farm Worker to join our growing agricultural team, specializing in planting and harvesting operations. This essential role is critical to the success of our sustainable farming projects located near Cybercity, Ebene. As a Farm Worker, you will be deeply involved in the entire crop cycle, from preparing the soil for new growth to the careful harvesting of mature produce. Your daily tasks will be varied and hands-on, requiring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

You will be responsible for a range of duties including, but not limited to, soil preparation, planting seeds and seedlings, watering and irrigation management, weeding, pest and disease monitoring, and the manual harvesting of various crops. Key Responsibilities

- Conduct weeding, pruning, and thinning tasks to promote healthy crop growth.
- Monitor crops for signs of pests, diseases, or nutritional deficiencies and report findings.
- Harvest mature crops by hand or using appropriate tools, ensuring quality and minimizing damage.
- Sort, clean, and pack harvested produce for transport and storage.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of farm tools, equipment, and work areas.
- Assist with basic maintenance of farm infrastructure, such as fences, trellises, and sheds.
- Follow all safety guidelines and operational procedures diligently.
