Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual labour tasks such as planting, weeding, pruning, thinning, and harvesting crops according to seasonal demands.
- Operate basic farm machinery and tools under supervision, ensuring safe and efficient use.
- Assist with irrigation systems, including setting up, moving, and monitoring water distribution.
- Participate in the preparation of fields for planting, including soil cultivation and fertilization.
- Sort, pack, and load harvested produce for transport, adhering to quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of farm equipment, tools, and work areas.
- Follow all safety protocols and agricultural best practices to ensure a safe working environment.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
