Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting various crops.
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment (tractors, plows, etc.).
- Perform general farm maintenance, including fencing, irrigation systems, and building repairs.
- Care for livestock (feeding, watering, cleaning, monitoring health) if applicable.
- Monitor crop health, identify pests/diseases, and assist with treatment applications.
- Participate in post-harvest activities such as sorting, packing, and storage.
- Maintain accurate records of farm activities and production.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and agricultural regulations.
- Contribute to a clean and organized farm environment.
- Support other farm tasks as needed, adapting to seasonal demands.
