Key Responsibilities
- Perform various manual labour tasks related to crop cultivation, including planting, weeding, fertilizing, and harvesting.
- Operate and maintain basic farm machinery and tools, ensuring they are in good working order.
- Assist with irrigation systems, ensuring proper water distribution to crops.
- Participate in the care and feeding of farm animals, if applicable, ensuring their health and well-being.
- Conduct general farm maintenance, including fence repair, cleaning farm buildings, and groundskeeping.
- Monitor crop health and report any signs of disease, pests, or other issues to the farm supervisor.
- Handle and store farm produce and supplies according to established procedures.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and agricultural best practices.
