Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers in a warm, friendly, and professional manner, providing outstanding customer service.
- Actively assist customers with product selection, styling advice, and fitting room support, ensuring a personalized shopping experience.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of current fashion trends, product features, benefits, and inventory availability.
- Effectively process transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system, including sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain the boutique's visual merchandising standards, ensuring displays are appealing, tidy, and reflective of brand image.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving new stock, organizing backroom, and conducting stock counts.
- Build and nurture lasting customer relationships through follow-up communications and personalized service.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a cohesive and positive work environment.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in fashion retail or a boutique setting.
- Strong understanding of current fashion trends, brands, and styling techniques.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
