Key Responsibilities
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and personalized styling advice to clients.
- Assist customers in selecting items that best suit their needs, preferences, and body types.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor, changing rooms, and display areas.
- Efficiently restock merchandise, manage inventory, and assist with stockroom organization.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Stay updated on current fashion trends, product knowledge, and all ongoing promotions.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any complaints professionally and courteously.
- Contribute to team efforts by assisting colleagues and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within the fashion or luxury goods sector.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
- Strong understanding of current fashion trends, styling techniques, and garment care.
- Ability to work effectively and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven retail environment.
- Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.

Preferred Qualifications
- OND/HND/BSc in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrable experience with visual merchandising techniques and store display creation.
- A strong personal sense of style and an ability to inspire and influence others' fashion choices.
- Fluency in local Nigerian languages (e.g., Yoruba) in addition to excellent English communication skills.
- Previous experience with clienteling or building a personal customer book.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required by retail schedules.
