Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with customers, offering personalized styling advice and product recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of current fashion trends, brands, and product features.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments.
- Assist with visual merchandising, ensuring the store presentation is impeccable and appealing.
- Manage inventory, including receiving, tagging, and organizing new arrivals, and conducting stock counts.
- Build and nurture lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting boutique environment.
- Participate in store events, promotional activities, and training sessions as required.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within a fashion or luxury boutique setting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends and styling.
- Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
