Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist customers upon their arrival, providing an exceptional and personalized shopping experience.
- Actively listen to customer needs and offer expert styling advice, product recommendations, and detailed information on fashion items.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.
- Maintain the boutique's aesthetic by ensuring visual merchandising standards are impeccable, products are neatly arranged, and displays are engaging.
- Accurately process sales transactions, handle cash, card payments, and manage returns/exchanges in line with company policies.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving new stock, tagging, restocking shelves, and conducting regular stock counts.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business through excellent follow-up.
- Stay updated on current fashion trends, seasonal collections, and competitor activities to maintain product knowledge and market awareness.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
- Participate in store meetings, training sessions, and promotional events as required.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1-2 years proven sales experience, preferably within a fashion retail or luxury sales environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse clientele.
- Strong customer service orientation and a natural ability to build rapport.
- Demonstrable passion for fashion, an eye for style, and strong product knowledge.
- Basic proficiency with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and general computer literacy.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as per retail demands.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and personal presentation.
