Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly, offering personalized styling advice and product recommendations.
- Actively drive sales to achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of current fashion trends, product features, and inventory.
- Ensure the boutique is immaculately presented, including merchandising displays, cleanliness, and organization.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our POS system and handle cash/card payments responsibly.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, ticketing, and restocking merchandise.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive shopping experience.
- Participate in store opening and closing procedures.
Required Skills
