Key Responsibilities

  • Engage clients by providing exceptional customer service and personalized styling advice.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain an immaculate and organized sales floor, ensuring all merchandise is beautifully presented.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving, ticketing, and restocking products.
  • Build and nurture lasting client relationships through follow-ups and personalized outreach.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
  • Stay updated on current fashion trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities.
  • Participate in visual merchandising efforts to enhance the boutique's aesthetic appeal.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and positive shopping environment.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within the fashion or luxury goods sector.
  • Strong understanding of current fashion trends, brands, and styling techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills (written and verbal).
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
