Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and consistently exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional and personalized customer service, building rapport and loyalty with clients.
  • Offer expert styling advice and in-depth product knowledge across all merchandise categories.
  • Maintain an immaculate and visually appealing store environment, adhering to brand merchandising standards.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving, ticketing, replenishment, and stock counts.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
  • Actively participate in clienteling activities, including follow-ups, special event invitations, and personalized outreach.
  • Stay updated on current fashion trends, product features, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment, preferably in fashion.
  • Strong understanding of fashion trends, brands, and styling techniques.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue.
  • Proficiency in using Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per retail demands.
  • Impeccable personal presentation and a professional demeanor.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Fashion, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in luxury retail or high-end boutiques.
  • A strong client book or established network of high-net-worth individuals.
  • Multilingual abilities (e.g., fluency in Yoruba, Igbo, or Hausa) are a plus.
  • Certification in fashion styling or visual merchandising.
