Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, providing exceptional and personalized service throughout their visit.
- Actively listen to customers' needs and preferences to recommend suitable fashion items and styling advice.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all products, including materials, sizing, styling options, and current trends.
- Assist with visual merchandising, ensuring displays are appealing, well-organized, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Manage inventory, including receiving new shipments, restocking shelves, and conducting regular stock counts.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships, encouraging repeat business through personalized follow-ups.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, tidy, and inviting store environment at all times.

Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in fashion retail or a boutique setting.
