Career.zycto is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Fashion Sales Representative to join our boutique store team in Isolo, Lagos. As a Fashion Sales Representative, you will be the face of our brand, interacting directly with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through a curated selection of apparel and accessories. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional service.
  • Actively engage with customers to understand their fashion preferences and styling needs.
  • Provide expert advice on products, fabrics, fit, and current fashion trends.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all products, including new arrivals, promotions, and brand stories.
  • Ensure the boutique is immaculately presented at all times, including visual merchandising and cleanliness.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving, tagging, and organizing merchandise.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively and professionally.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Stay informed about competitor activities and market trends to provide valuable insights.

Required Skills

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in fashion retail or a boutique environment.
  • Strong passion for fashion and a keen eye for style and trends.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport with customers and close sales.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency and experience with POS systems.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

  • OND/HND or Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience with luxury fashion brands or high-end boutiques.
  • Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Yoruba, Igbo) is a plus.
  • Experience in visual merchandising or store display setup.
