Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing personalized styling advice.
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
  • Stay updated on current fashion trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards, ensuring displays are attractive, clean, and well-organized.
  • Handle cash and card transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving, tagging, and organizing stock.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and courteously.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion or a boutique setting.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
