Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, personalized customer service, guiding clients through our curated collections and offering expert styling advice.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets by effectively presenting products and understanding customer needs.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of current fashion trends, brand history, product features, and inventory to confidently assist customers.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our POS system, handle cash, and manage inventory movements.
- Assist with visual merchandising, ensuring the boutique is immaculately presented and adheres to brand standards.
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients, including follow-up communication and personalized recommendations.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Actively participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within the fashion or luxury goods sector.
