Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a warm and engaging demeanor, providing personalized styling advice and product recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clientele, building a loyal customer base through follow-up communications and exceptional service.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our POS system, handle returns and exchanges efficiently.
- Maintain an immaculate and aesthetically pleasing boutique environment, including merchandising, visual displays, and inventory organization.
- Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Assist in receiving, tagging, and stocking new merchandise.
- Contribute to team efforts by collaborating with colleagues to achieve overall store objectives.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
- Participate in store events, promotions, and clienteling activities.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within fashion or luxury goods.
