Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing outstanding service.
- Actively engage with customers to understand their preferences and provide personalized styling advice.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a deep understanding of all products, including materials, designers, and unique selling points.
- Assist in maintaining the visual appeal of the store, including window displays and in-store merchandising.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash/card payments.
- Manage customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges efficiently and courteously.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving new stock, tagging, and organizing the sales floor and backroom.
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Stay updated on current fashion trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
- Participate in store meetings, training sessions, and promotional events as required.
Required Skills
