Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers to the boutique with genuine enthusiasm and a professional demeanor.
- Provide personalized styling advice and product recommendations based on individual customer preferences and current fashion trends.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the boutique management.
- Maintain immaculate store visual merchandising, ensuring displays are appealing, organized, and reflect brand standards.
- Accurately process sales transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system, handle cash and card payments, and manage returns/exchanges.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving new stock, tagging items, conducting stock counts, and organizing storage areas.

- Actively engage with customers, listening to their needs, and offering solutions or alternatives to enhance their shopping experience.
