Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their fashion needs and preferences.
  • Provide expert styling advice and product recommendations, showcasing an in-depth knowledge of current trends and merchandise.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Maintain an organized, visually appealing, and clean sales floor and fitting rooms.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, credit, and gift card payments.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving, tagging, and restocking merchandise.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, fostering repeat business through excellent follow-up and personalized service.
  • Stay updated on new arrivals, promotions, and store policies.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and returns/exchanges professionally and efficiently.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within a fashion or boutique environment.
  • Strong understanding of fashion trends, styling, and garment care.
