Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly, creating a positive and inviting shopping experience.
- Provide expert fashion advice and personalized styling recommendations based on customer preferences and current trends.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets by effectively presenting merchandise and upselling/cross-selling products.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all products, including materials, sizes, brands, and styling options.
- Ensure the sales floor is well-maintained, visually appealing, and organized according to brand standards.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately, managing point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, tagging, and stocking merchandise.
- Build and nurture lasting customer relationships, encouraging repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Process customer returns and exchanges professionally and efficiently.
- Stay updated on fashion trends, competitor activities, and product developments.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues and management.
Required Skills
- Proven sales experience, preferably within a fashion or retail environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with excellent spoken English.
- A genuine passion for fashion, style, and helping customers look their best.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as retail demands.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and handling cash transactions.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of an OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
