Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain an immaculate and aesthetically pleasing store environment, including visual merchandising, display updates, and general tidiness.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash, card, and mobile payments.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving new stock, tagging, organizing, and conducting stock counts.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, fostering loyalty and repeat business through exceptional service.
  • Stay informed about current fashion trends, product features, and promotions to effectively communicate value to customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and returns/exchanges professionally and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the boutique team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and operational goals.
  • Ensure all store policies and procedures are adhered to, especially regarding customer service and security.

Required Skills

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in fashion retail or a customer-facing role.
