Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly, offering personalized styling advice and product recommendations.
- Achieve and consistently exceed individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain an immaculate and visually appealing store environment, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed, priced, and stocked.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business through excellent follow-up.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving new stock, conducting stock counts, and organizing storage areas.
- Stay informed about current fashion trends, product features, and brand stories to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and returns/exchanges professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the store management team to execute promotional events and visual merchandising strategies.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year proven experience in fashion retail sales or a customer-facing role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends, styling techniques, and garment care.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by retail operations.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
- OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Fashion Design, or a related field.
