Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage customers warmly, creating a welcoming and luxurious boutique atmosphere.
  • Provide expert fashion advice and personalized styling recommendations based on customer preferences and current trends.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive selling and relationship building.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all merchandise, including fabrications, fits, styles, and new arrivals.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, ensuring the boutique is immaculately presented and adheres to brand standards.
  • Manage inventory, including receiving, tagging, and organizing new stock.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, encouraging repeat business through exceptional service.
  • Participate in store events, promotions, and training sessions as required.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion or luxury goods.
  • Strong passion for fashion and a keen eye for styling.
