Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly, offering personalized styling advice and product recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by maximizing every sales opportunity.
- Maintain an immaculate and aesthetically pleasing store environment, including merchandising displays and fitting rooms.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash and card payments.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, ticketing, stocking, and organizing merchandise.
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients, encouraging repeat business through exceptional service.
- Stay informed about current fashion trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities to better serve customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and returns/exchanges professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive work atmosphere.
- Participate in store events, promotions, and visual merchandising updates as required.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably within fashion retail or a boutique setting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for engaging diverse clientele.
- Strong customer service orientation and a natural ability to build rapport.
- A keen understanding of fashion trends, styles, and merchandising principles.
